You can cancel your Deezer subscription through your Deezer account. You can find the guidelines on how to cancel your subscription by going to Deezer Subscription Support
You can also cancel your subscription by visiting the Boku Customer Care Portal to view your subscription status. Here you can cancel your Deezer subscription with a click of a button.
Just choose the subscription you wish to cancel, and click on the ‘active’ link. This will open a pop up which gives you the option to ‘Cancel Subscription’. Simply click this icon to cancel your sub. Once the page refreshes, your subscription status will show as ‘Cancelled’ in red.
Do not confuse this with the green ‘active’ icon at the top of your screen and next to your mobile phone number. This icon is to show that your number is able to use Boku as a payment method.
