If you think you’ve only paid a partial amount of the transactions full worth, you can check in the Boku Customer Care Portal.
If your transaction status shows as ‘Part-Paid’, you have indeed paid a partial amount and the transaction has closed. In most cases, the merchant will automatically credit you for the partial amount paid, so be sure to check your account first.
If you’re not sure, you can contact the merchant in question to verify. Be sure to include the Transaction ID and ‘Session Param’ from the Customer Care Portal, so that they can locate the correct payment in your account.
